On Wednesday September 11th, join Vinci to celebrate the restaurant’s 33rd anniversary with a specialty Rivetti Wine Dinner.
Start the evening with Figs wrapped in Prosciutto, Arugula, Pecorino Cheese paired alongside Arneis, a white wine with notes of pear and apple. Next indulge in Risotto with Scallops and Chanterelle Mushrooms with Nebbioli wine, a full-bodied red wine. The next course is Roast Beef Tenderloin with Polenta and Broccolini, enjoyed with lovely Barolo wine. And for the grand finale, Profiterole, or cream puff, with Ricotta Gelato Pistachio Sauce!
Dinner is $63 per person, and begins at 7:00pm
