About the Makers:

Billings Farm cheeses are made from the raw milk of grass and grain-fed Jersey cows, which graze in the idyllic Vermont pastures during the warm months. They practice sustainable agriculture and regenerative farming methods, prioritizing animal welfare to ensure the highest quality milk and cheese. Naturally aged to perfection, their cheeses embody the essence of Vermont’s rich dairy history.

Located in South Woodstock, Vermont Farmstead Cheese Company nurtures its land and animals, and embraces a spirit of community in order to produce and provide fresh, quality, artisanal cheese, crackers, and local products to all. Since 2011, the dairy farm has produce an array of award-winning farmstead and artisanal cheeses that put a delicious Vermont twist on traditional Old World cheese recipes.

The Plymouth Cheese Factory makes America's Oldest Cheddar in Plymouth, Vermont - crafted, cut and waxed the same way it was over 130 years ago on the Plymouth homestead. In addition to heritage raw milk cheddar in an inspired array of distinctive artisan flavors, they now also make Brie!
