Tis the season to gather in the kitchen and make tamales. If you've never made tamales or grew up making them like Instructor Christine, this hands-on course has something for you. We'll make vegan masa (based on an old family recipe), a veggie-forward filling celebrating seasonal produce and learn how to roll, cook, freeze, and reheat homemade tamales. Don't worry, we'll get to eat some too!

If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, let us know before you purchase tickets. We will do our absolute best to accommodate you. Please keep in mind some ingredients are unavoidable in certain classes.
