When it comes to eating and drinking, Europe has long reigned supreme. Who can argue with the cheesy titans of France, Spain or Italy? With all that historyand tradition, it may seem their place at the head of the cheese and wine table is secure...or is it? Vermont, New York, Wisconsin and other states produce astoundingly good cheeses that are appreciated worldwide. But...dare we take on Europe?

Join educator and writer (and food geek) Adam Centamore for an evening of tasty combat to determine who deserves top billing. You'll sample deelish cheeses and condiments from the States and Europe and vote for your favorite. Of course, refreshing adult beverages will be served to help the wheels of justice turn. Help the red, white, and blue take on Europe!

To fully participate in the class:
1. Reserve your ticket through Eventbrite! Purchase one ticket for each member of your party. The ticket price includes admission for one as well as a cheese plate, wine, and accompaniments for one.
2. Show up on the day of class! Class will begin at 7:30pm. This is a seated event in our retail learning setting. The duration of the class is about an hour and a half. After class, there will be time to tour our cheese caves as well as shop our expansive product selection (at a 10% discount!).
3. This event is for 21+. Our staff will check IDs at the door.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please reach out to classes@formaggiocambridge.com before the day of your class if you or a member of your party has any food allergies or dietary restrictions.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you are unable to attend a class, please let us know at least 72 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and we will give you a full refund or a credit for a future class. If you don't let us know in advance of the class, you are not entitled to any refund or credit.
