Wine is more than just a drink—it’s a journey of flavor, history, and craftsmanship. Learning about wine, winemaking, and AVAs helps you appreciate how soil, climate, and technique shape every sip. Whether you’re a casual sipper or a dedicated enthusiast, expanding your wine knowledge makes every glass more enjoyable!
Join us for a fun and informative class with Andy McVay, dipWSET! Underdog Grapes of the Region on March 20th at 7 PM, featuring overlooked varietals in the PNW—like Resolu Cellar's soon-to-be-released ‘22 Primitivo.
Previous attendee L.W. says, "Andy's style is so approachable, informative, and diverse. He's like a bottomless well of wine knowledge."
Save your seat! The tasting room in Historic Downtown Hillsboro opens at 3 PM, and seating for the wine class begins at 5:45 PM. Seating is limited. Class fee: $25 (includes a glass of wine). Wines from the current Resolu Cellars portfolio, in addition to ciders, beers, and n/a options, are available for purchase and bottles to go.
