The first week of October Seven Acre welcomes three of the Brew City’s superstar chefs for one amazing week!....Kristin Schwab, Dana Spandet, and Gregory Leon for a taste of Milwaukee’s best and brightest food.

Up first: Chef Kristen Schwab is currently Executive Chef of Uncle Wolfies Dinner Diner. Before that, she spent the beginning of career as the Chef de Cuisine at Dan Dan. Her passion is exploring her Southeast Asian heritage through food with a Midwest viewpoint, while showcasing vibrant yet comforting flavors, with memorable twists. Don't miss her exclusive engagement at Seven Acre where she showcases these passions and brings her one-of-a-kind cuisine to the banks of the Sugar River.

• Bar opens at 5pm.
• Dinner at 6pm. Dinner includes 5 courses.
• Tickets: $75 + 20% service charge and tax. Staff gratuity is not expected beyond this service charge.
• Alcoholic and N/A beverages available for purchase.
• The Eventbrite deposit is $35 per ticket. This will be subtracted from your final bill.
