Ironroot is a highly awarded, family-owned whiskey distillery that employs French distillation and maturation techniques with local and heirloom corn to create distinctive whiskeys. They are known for their use of large copper pot stills to craft viscous and intense Bourbons. Saints Alley was born from the desire to combine the roux-like Ironroot pot still Bourbon with the lighter, elegant Bourbon from Kentucky and Indiana column stills. This blend is then finished in exotic casks from Europe to create a balanced and nuanced bourbon.
