We always receive wonderful feedback for our Vine & Dine evenings at One18 Empire, and when we’ve held whisky dinners here too.
Everyone loves the delicious upscale comfort food, all made from scratch and using local meats and vegetables, including charcuterie, and also slow cooking. We love that One18 have their own bakery and butchers on site for complete freshness.
One18 Empire love storytelling, and you’ll learn from Chef Sean Cutler (who was Executive Chef at the Calgary Petroleum Club and cooked for us when he was Executive Chef at Kensington Riverside Inn) too how the history of the location has influenced his menu, putting a modern spin on western classics.
We’re in the beautiful private dining room of this stylish, warm and comfortable restaurant, which means that we will be only 20 people maximum each night. Join us to enjoy six dishes of this delicious food, and learn about the pairings that complement them!
