Our first October evening here was so superb, we’re coming for another exciting evening of creative, modern Indigenous cuisine!
Little Chief restaurant is inside the hotel at Grey Eagle Resort on the Tsuut’ina Nation, and Executive Chef Brandon Dashnay has made it his objective to modernize the cuisine without losing its Indigenous tradition.
Now the restaurant has a private dining room to seat only 20 people for very special, elevated and curated Chef’s Table dinners, and we’re coming for two nights in October for this premium experience to learn about and enjoy Chef Dash’s superb menu using local and seasonal products from the land and sea.
Six carefully created and beautifully served dishes are carefully paired to complement the flavours of Chef Dash’s menu.
