Please join us as we toast to the holiday season with a tasting of select Grower Champagnes. A Grower Champagne is one in which the winemaker has cultivated the vineyards, harvested the fruit, and produced the wines themselves. While we believe all Champagne is good, with Grower Champagne, you experience an unmatched level of precision along with the winemaker's best expression of texture and flavor.
We’ll explore various types of Champagne - Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Noirs, and blends - as well as offerings from different areas within the Champagne region. We’ll discuss the main grape varietals and those less commonly used, but allowed, in Champagne. We’ll also cover how best to store and serve Champagne as well as what glassware and pairings work best with this food-friendly wine. Expect a fun and delicious experience for all!
