This class explores several famous appellations in Southern France such as Aix, Bandol, Cassis, appellations in the southern Rhône Valley, and the wines of Languedoc-Roussillon. From crisp white wines to meaty reds perfect for summer grilling, and lots of rosé, of course!, you’ll learn all about why the wines of Provence and Southern France are perfect for summer sipping.
