• Mango Salsa Salad (V)
• Appitizer duo: Salt Fish Fritters and Jerk Salmon Cakes
• Blackened Shrimp with Coconut Lime Rice (GF) and Pineapple Salsa OR Plaintain Boat stuffed with Beef (GF)
• Rum Cake with Ice Cream (VG)

We ask all guests to arrive no later than 6:30pm to ensure a full dining experience.
