First Course: Silver Corn Cornbread with Red Pepper Jelly

Second Course: Pressed Watermelon Salad with Feta pinwheels topped with Mission Microgreen Pea Tendrils and a Mint White Balsamic Vinaigrette

Third Course: Long Braised Beef Cheek, Fricassee of Wendt Farms Pink-Eyed Peas and Ratatouille

Fourth Course: Blueberry Cornmeal Chiffon Cake with Ginger Ice Cream
