For ages 18 & up
Broaden your repertoire by learning to make an iconic Spanish rice dish filled with chicken, duck or rabbit, beans, artichokes, tomatoes, herbs and spices. As you and your teammates produce this traditional dish that is perfect for feeding the family or casual entertaining, you'll pick up tips on creating a flavorful base - the soffritto - and discover the secret to forming the socarrat or crunchy rice that develops on the bottom of the pan. While the paella simmers, you'll make and enjoy a a tasty dip and perfect your skills at making caramel and a unique flan.
For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of Spanish wine with your meal.

Safety & Precautions
At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
