We’re hosting an UNCORKED party! UNCORKED is a walk-around tasting party where we open 30 different bottles from our bottle list-- a chance to “try the cellar” of our award-winning wine program. The wines are accompanied by seasonal paella and passed tapas. Each time we host, we dive into a different theme. This time, we’re uncorking The Old World.
"Old World wine" refers to wines that come from European regions with long, established winemaking traditions- we’re uncorking 30 of them from the islands, coasts, and mainlands of Spain, Portugal, Italy, and France. 30 different answers to the question: does the term mean anything beyond “those countries over there?” Is there one “Old World” style when the wine regions are as diverse as they come and innovation is now as common as tradition?
We’re pouring the full spectrum—red, white, rosé, orange, sparkling—for you to decide, without crossing a single ocean, just how much you love the “over there” wines of the Old World.
