Join Patty Roos for an authentic Indonesian dining experience featuring a carefully curated 4-course meal. Enjoy fragrant rice accompanied by beef rendang, curry chicken, telur (Indonesian spiced eggs), a tofu dish, and rich peanut sauce—each dish packed with bold flavors and traditional spices.

April 19: Lao Khao Poon (Red Curry Noodle Soup) w/ Annie Phavong
Khao Poon is comfort in a bowl—a fragrant Lao red curry noodle soup rich with coconut milk, lemongrass, and tender shredded chicken.
