This dinner series has been in the works for a long time, with the mission of bringing people together to create lasting memories.

We’re hosting four exclusive collaboration dinners with top Miami restaurants from August 12th to September 10th. Each restaurant has partnered with a guest chef to create a unique, one-night-only menu featuring never-before-seen dishes. For $120, you'll enjoy an all-inclusive dinner prepared by Miami's most talented chefs and bartenders, paired with three cocktails crafted with Brugal 1888 Rum. Amidst the thriving Miami dining scene, our dinner club stands out for its unparalleled value, level of cooking, and access to restaurants that are not easy to get into.

Chef Allan Esterhuizen of LPM Restaurant and Bar and Chef Tam Pham of Tâm Tâm are teaming up to create a one-time-only menu that fuses Vietnamese and French Mediterranean flavors. This dinner pairing will be complemented by three cocktails created by bar manager Barna Jeremias featuring Brugal 1888 Rum.
