The Gourmet Spork Pop Up Dinner Series

Join us for a mouthwatering experience at The Gourmet Spork October Pop Up Dinner! Our dinners are intimate, with seating for 12. This month's dinner is taking place in Plainfield, NJ. Indulge in this culinary adventure as our talented chef showcases innovative dishes, by elevating classics with a modern twist. Each dinner in this series promises to be a unique and unforgettable experience, with a thoughfully curated menu that will leave you craving for more.

Each ticket includes a three course meal inclusive of a welcome drink, starter, main, and a dessert. Wine, beer, and cocktails will be sold at cost during the event.

Our menu was inspired by fall flavors and spooky season! This month's menu includes pork and is not dairy free, gulten free, vegetarian, or vegan.

October Pop Up Dinner Menu:

• Starter- Creamy Butternut Squash and Corn Soup topped with Bacon and Chives
• Main- Braised Short Ribs over Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Broccolini, and a Buttermilk Biscuit with Cinnamon Honey Butter
• Dessert- Pumpkin Churro Croissant Bread Pudding with Vanilla Gelato

Drink Menu:

• "Black" Sangria by the glass or carafe
• Ghost Pepper Spicy Margarita
