If you're like most people, you've probably never tried an A5 Japanese Wagyu or a dry aged ribeye that’s been aged more than 45 days. This is your chance to try all the USDA beef grades & dry ages in one night!
During this 10 course tasting, you'll have the opportunity to try every grade of beef from USDA Choice up to Japanese A5 wagyu. You'll also experience all the ages of USDA prime dry aged ribeye from 30 to 180 days.

After the 10th course is served, we’ll return to a second serving of the Choice, Prime, Grass Fed, & Japanese A5 Wagyu courses. For adventurous guests, we’ll bring out bonus ribeyes that go beyond 200 days dry aged.
This event is an opportunity to experience marbling and dry aging in a workshop style setting. The end result is a comprehensive comparison of different ages, textures and flavors.
You'll rank your favorite ages and have great conversations at your table. Everyone’s rankings and feedback are collected in a live polling tool and broadcast to a flat screen.
We’ll cover marbling, dry aging & will answer questions during the evening. Your favorite pours are paired in an informative & interactive experience.
