It is time to release the contents of our 12 Litre bottle of 2010 Robusto and to share the spoils with you! Chef Evan Hassinger has thoughtfully curated his menu to showcase this wonderful wine. One might argue that the 2010 Robusto is the best wine ever produced at Creekside Cellars in our 24 vintages. Comprised of 100% Colorado grown grapes, this is a barrel fermented Bordeaux blend of 60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 20% Cabernet Franc, 10% Merlot, 7% Malbec and 3% Petit Verdot.
