• Kanika is an Indian foodie and private chef based in Pittsburgh, celebrated for showcasing authentic Indian flavors with a modern flair on her popular social media account, ThatCurrySmell. She has demonstrated her cooking talents on CBS Pittsburgh and has been featured in various local and national media, including shows like Yajagoff and Pittsburgh Dish, as well as in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. A certified wine professional, she is passionate about educating others on food and wine through engaging cooking classes and collaborative dinners across the city. Kanika shares her culinary journey from her suburban homestead, where she lives with her husband, cultivating a mini orchard and expanding her love for fresh, vibrant ingredients.

• For this exclusive event, she is collaborating with our master brewer, George, to create Indian-inspired beers; with chief mixologist Amanda to craft cocktails infused with Indian flavors; and with Chef Jay to develop two Indian-style pizzas.
