In this class led by Chef Jesse Cross, you'll master the techniques behind a traditional Thanksgiving meal. From knife safety to brining and roasting a perfectly seasoned turkey, you’ll gain practical skills that will help make your holiday preparations stress-free. You’ll also learn how to make a savory vegetable dressing (stuffing) using fresh herbs and sourdough bread. The class will end with a delicious tasting of your creations paired with a craft beer from Pickett Brewing, with one drink included in the ticket price.
