At the Carving Station, 28-Day Dry Aged Prime Rib, Herb Roasted Whole Turkey, and Carving Block Duroc Ham. Choice of Soups and Salads including Gulf Seafood Chowder and Warm Arugula & Shrimp Salad. Breakfast favorites like Omelets and Eggs Made-to-Order, Belgian Waffles Made-to-Order, and Sausage Biscuit Benedicts. A Seafood Station featuring Cocktail Shrimp, Snow Crab Claws, Lobster Tails, Grilled Oyster Rockefeller, Oyster Campechana Shooters, and Smoked Salmon Cucumber Canapés.
