As some of you know i am in Bangkok and i have been studying with a great master Thai vegan chef learning a LOT about Issan style Thai vegan culinary traditions. The next 2 nights i will be her sous chef in her very popular restaurant.

So i am offering a series of Thai family style feasts in January to showcase some of what i am learning.

The menu will be posted when i return home, later this month but the first one sold out right away, without a menu, so i am adding another date, already.
