I am about to head to Thailand for the first time. Among my plans is to take some cooking lessons with a retired vegan chef/grandma. So i will offer a family style feast of Thai dishes sharing some of what i learned.

Menu is not up yet as i will see what i learn before posting the menu but expect everything to be made in house including homemade tempeh, curry pastes, coconut milk and more.
