Join Restaurant 17 and Les Doss, the national sales rep for the Terre Rouge/ Easton wines for a premium wine dinner. Terre Rouge and Easton Wines was founded in the late 80’s by Bill Easton and Jane O’Riordan. Winemaker Bill Easton is one of the original Rhône Rangers and pioneered the Rhône varietals in the Sierra Foothills under the Terre Rouge label. The Easton portfolio includes Amador County favorites like old vine Zinfandel and Barbera. At Terre Rouge and Easton they strive to manage their business and vineyards with as little impact on the environment as possible, farming sustainably and organically. These incredible wines will be paired with complimenting dishes from Chef Haydn Shaak. Dinner will begin with canapes and a welcome wine, followed by a four-course, individually plated dinner with wine pairings. The wines from the evening will be available for purchase at a discounted price at the end of the event. ($85/person - includes taxes and gratuities).
