We’ll begin by exploring four distinct bottles—two tequilas and two mezcals—discussing different agave plants, production styles, and flavor profiles. You'll taste each spirit alongside traditional accompaniments before jumping into a hands-on cooking experience. Learn to make homemade tamales, fresh tortillas, and slow-braised pork carnitas, all infused with the bold flavors of tequila and mezcal. We’ll finish the night with a rich and boozy Tequila Tres Leches Cake.
