Course 1 -

We will all gather together for some finger foods or let's say "smoked bites" to start the night off, including Ribs (both beef and pork), Mini Beef Kabobs and Smoked Oysters . All combined with a wonderful assortment of cheeses, fruits, breads & spreads.

Paired with a "Tipsy Pac-Man" - our signature sweet and spicy margarita

Course 2 -

We will start our seated dinner with a Smoked Beef Top Round & Cheese Egg Roll. A tender smoked beef, peppers, onions & pepperjack cheese. And for a little kick a Spicy Avocado Ranch Dipping Sauce.

Course 3 -

Smoked Prime Rib, beautifully sliced and topped with Au Jus. Served with a House Smoked Mac 'n' Cheese & Southern Green Beans.

Course 4 -

We will finish this evening off with a delectable warm Strawberry Cobbler, served with a generous portion of Lemon Zest Whipped Cream, Vanilla Ice Cream and Chocolate Drizzle

Paired with a "Smores Tequila Martini"
