Join us for a unique and immersive experience in the Big Boy lounge at moto-i, Minnesota's first and only sake brewery.
Led by Brewer Chris Griese, you'll be guided through a tasting of seven house-brewed sakes and learn how each showcases one facet of the sake making process. Limited to 8 seats per tasting, this is an opportunity for a uniquely intimate encounter with our sake brewer.
During the two hour long session, you’ll explore how sake’s four ingredients – water, yeast, rice, and koji – impact the final presentation of a sake. You’ll also gain insight into the methods and tools brewers use to unlock the full potential of these ingredients.
A light snack will be provided to complement your tasting experience. Tables in our dining room will be reserved for attendees to continue their experience.
Each attendee will receive 15% off merchandise including sake bottles to-go, glassware, posters and t-shirts.
