Chef Brie started her culinary journey at the age of 16. Her first foodservice job was with her mother's tea business. Her mother helped spark her passion and desire to learn more. It led her to work in resturaunts, private chef events and conferences.

One of her fondest memories are waking up to the smells of ackee and saltfish, corn porridge, dumplings, plantains and bami. Her childhood was filled with weekend exploration of new cuisines. Her inspiration has come from the people she's worked with, those she's cooked for and has shared meals with. "The exchange between great food and people is a unforgettable feeling".

Brie's pop up tasting event is her introduction to a series of events. She will be highlighting afro-carribean inspired dishes. Come and join Chef Brie Sunday, Nov 3rd at 12pm or 3pm.
