Catch the launch of Mona Moore, an exciting new value-packed Cognac brand, presented by Kenmore native and Brussels-based wine and spirits pro Jessica Songin-Hurstel. Jessica came to us months ago to introduce the possibility of this new line of French brandies from a venerable Cognac House – Vallein Tercinier -- that has been a prominent producer since 1850, yet with little presence in the US market.

The product has landed this week, so it’s time to open up some bottles. They are starting with three Cognacs with spirit ranging in age from 5 years up to 25 years. For fun, Jessica will cap off the tasting with Cognac cocktail featuring Hi! Prosecco.

Registration costs $10, but all attendees will receive a $10 voucher to use at the store on one of the items they tasted on the day of the event. Light snacks will also be served, and attendees will receive some tasting notes on the items they're sampling.
