Taught by Trust Your Taste founder Anne-Marie Pietersma, learn how to trust your own individual sense of taste, the principles of pairing, literally anything you want to know about cheese, and enjoy an introduction (or re-introduction) to TALEA's new wines! You will leave knowing a bit more about cheese, beer, and wine, and a lot more about what you like.

Doors open at 6:30pm, and the tasting will start right at 7:00pm. Come early, grab a drink, and settle in to our cozy event space.

Anne-Marie is a Professional Storyteller, a Certified Cheese Professional®, and the Founder/CEO of Trust Your Taste. As a Brooklyn-based musical theatre kid who grew up on a Southern California dairy farm, she loves living in the duality, nuance, and joy of blending agriculture and the arts. She believes cheese is an edible story, and uses that as a facilitator for fun, nourishment, and self-reflection. Whether it’s a cheese class or a one-woman show, her creative work is always rooted in the mission of discovering and cultivating authenticity and understanding. She believes most of the world’s problems would be solved if everyone had access to therapy, knew where their food came from, and did some form of theatre in high school.
