In partnership with top brands ranging from local farms to high-end liquor companies, this monthly culinary series takes place on Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore's outdoor rooftop terrace with stunning Inner Harbour views as its picture-perfect backdrop. Created for food-and-drink lovers, this one-of-a-kind al fresco Culinary Series presents a new experience each time and is a must on everyone’s summer bucket list.

On August 9, Four Seasons Hotel Baltimore’s Executive Chef Tristan Baker uses locally sourced ingredients to create vibrant, bold dishes from the Southern Yucatan region. This inspired culinary journey presents iconic dishes and lesser known treasures, with each flavorful bite better than the next. A curated selection of spirits—tequila and mezcal—featured by the one-and-only Clase Azul rounds out this standout evening.  

Dine from the Hotel's fifth-floor Splash Pad with your feet in the water featuring panoramic views of the city, and live music. Summer does not get any sweeter than this.
