For ages 18 & up
When life gives you an abundance of citrus, make dinner. Working with a small team and the bright, clean flavors of a variety of citrus fruit, you'll create a meal that includes a tangy, mixed bean salad; a dry rub; grilled hangar steak cooked to perfection with a chutney to complement each bite; and a filled apple dumpling wrapped in pastry and served with a warm caramel sauce that over delivers on flavor. At the end of class, you'll sit down to enjoy the fruits of your labor.
For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your meal.

Safety & Precautions
At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
