Experience a night of unparalleled elegance as Spruce hosts its annual White Truffle Dinner, a celebration of the world-renowned white truffles from Alba, Italy. These rare truffles, often referred to as "diamonds of the kitchen," are highly sought after for their unmistakable aroma and exquisite flavor. Found only in select regions and available for a brief season each year, they are cherished by chefs and food lovers around the globe.
Chefs Mark Sullivan and Nick Vollono have crafted an exclusive four-course menu that will showcase the prized truffles in a variety of carefully crafted dishes, each designed to highlight their unique character. To complete the experience, Master Sommelier Jeremiah Morehouse has selected wines from Spruce’s Wine Spectator Grand Award-winning wine list, pairing each course perfectly to bring out the full depth of the truffles' earthy, luxurious qualities.
