In this cooking class, you'll explore how to create delicious dishes using the fresh, seasonal vegetables and fruits harvested in the northern hemisphere during the spring season. The menu focuses on vibrant, in-season ingredients like asparagus, peas, mushrooms, and strawberries.


Menu:

Asparagus Salad

Pea Filled Pasta with Brown Butter

Seared and Braised Chicken Thighs with Mushrooms

Almond Torta with Thai Basil Strawberries

Sangria will be served with dinner.


Event Details:

- BYOB: Feel free to bring your beverage of choice—wine, beer, seltzers, or any drink you prefer to sip

during class. Wine selected by the chef will be served during dinner to perfectly pair with your meal.

- We also offer wine and beer for sale on-site.
