Celebrate spring in Hardwick Winery's timber frame barn with a locally sourced five course wine dinner featuring the culinary creations of Chef Peter Ryzewski, led by Sommelier and Wine Educator Missa Capozzo. Each course is served with a perfectly paired Hardwick Winery wine.

Course 1: Blackened Kielbasa, smoked cheddar, and spiced cider ground mustard paired with Greenwich Apple wine
Course 2: Blackberry, basil, and cheese skewers paired with Reservoir Rose' wine
Course 3: Asparagus and spring pea bisque paired with Reservoir White dry Riesling
Course 4: Smoked pork loin topped with a cherry bourbon glaze over herbed potato paired with Dana Black Cherry wine
Course 5: Chocolate Caramel Tart paired with Chocolate Raspberry wine
This event starts promptly at 6:00. Please feel free to arrive early and purchase a glass of wine or wine slushee to enjoy before the dinner. This is a 21+ event.
