Cristalino Brut Cava, Spain

Off-dry wine closer to the dry side. Crisp and balanced with lots of wonderful fruit aromas and flavors such as citrus, apple and melon. Medium bodied with a long-finish.

Aubry Brut Reims, Champagne, FR

A distinctive Champagne, structured by firm acidity and lightly wooly in texture. Notes of whole-wheat toast, dried raspberry, candied orange peel and hints of fresh chamomile and thyme with a minerally finish.

Fitz Sekt Riesling, Germany

Invigorating acidity and crisp citrus and apple flavors shine. The mousse is elegant and smooth, brightened by tiny, persistent bubbles that seem to disseminate pops of caramel and honey sweetness.
