Join Stephanie McClenny of Confituras for a lovely evening themed around creating the southern tradition of the relish tray at Confituras Little Kitchen. We will demonstrate a few diffent relish making methods and provide recipes. Each participant will receive a vintage relish tray to make their own tray to take home.
Enjoy several relishes carefully curated by confituras using local and seasonal ingredients such as:
pickled okra
lemony radishes
texas caviar
pickled mustard seeds
beet pickles
tahini deviled eggs
spicy green beans
pickled blueberries
turmeric carrots
marinated mushrooms
