The future of wine is its history—in Argentina and Chile, winemakers are looking inward, asking what wine means to them culturally and historically. This tasting of unique and eclectic wines dives into that question, highlighting a new generation embracing native varieties like Criolla and País, made from old, often ungrafted vines with minimal intervention. These wines aren’t about international markets or points—they’re about terroir, history, and identity. Malbec and Carmenère, grapes that found sanctuary here after fading in France may be familiar names, but they represent just the beginning of a deeper, more textured story. What Bordeaux forgot, Argentina and Chile remembered.

Come in, be part of the movement, and explore a world of wines that aren't trying to be anything but themselves—raw, delicious, expressive, and born of place.
