Welcome to our Sourdough Focaccia Art with Brunch event! Join us on Sunday, May 18, 2025 at 1:00 PM at Pepper Theo Cafe and Events for a fun-filled afternoon of sourdough baking and brunch.

This hands-on workshop will be led by Smoker Sourdough Co, who will guide you through the process step by step.

Before the class you have the option to add on a delicious brunch prepared for you by Cracked Pepper Catering! Sit back and enjoy a delicious brunch featuring a served plate of: strawberry and spinach salad, vegetable quiche and mini yogurt parfait.

After brunch (2 pm) you will decorate a loaf of already proofed sourdough focaccia with an assortment of veggies and herbs. We will bake the loaf for you so you can enjoy it with friends and family, or just yourself!

Each decorator will be invited to come up to select from a variety of veggies, seasonings and herbs to help create your masterpieces! Use your own creative freedom to decorate your dough however you wish. Inspirational photos will also be provided.

Pre-registration is required. All event ticket purchases are final; Tickets cannot be transferred, refunded, or exchanged.

One ticket includes a seat for one decorator at a table with one pre-proofed dough and a variety of decorating materials. Additional seating will not be available.
