Soul’d Out Sunday: A Sacred Space to Come Home to Yourself
Soul’d Out Sunday is a heart-centered spiritual experience designed specifically for Black women and men who are ready to reclaim their power, heal from past wounds, and walk boldly in their truth. And now, since we have The Greenhouse Lounge & Wellness Center, you can enjoy food, vegan and non-vegan.
This is not your traditional church service, or sacred space. It’s not rooted in one religion or doctrine—it’s a spiritual homecoming. A place where you can grieve, grow, release, and rise. Think of it as a soul revival for those who are tired of shrinking and ready to expand.
At Soul’d Out Sunday, we gather in sacred connection to reconnect with the most authentic parts of ourselves through:
Channeled messages from Spirit
Rituals like honey jar creation and candle magic
Movement, breathwork, and meditation
Conversations that affirm our truth
Herbal teas and sacred tools
Heartwork that opens the way for abundance and emotional freedom
This space was created for Black women ages 25-60 who are:
Healing from matters of the heart
Grieving old versions of themselves
Seeking soul-aligned friendships
Releasing shame and limitations
Ready to live unapologetically and joyfully
Calling in wealth, love, and softness
Every Soul’d Out Sunday feels like a spiritual reset. We laugh, cry, stretch, sit in silence, share from the heart, and remind each other of the power that lives within us.
Because Black Women Heal Differently—and this is our space to do it in our way.
This is more than an event.
It’s a movement.
It’s a moment.
It’s a memory in the making.
It's good food and a good time.
Come as you are. Leave as who you were always meant to be.
