The menu for each dinner features 13 dishes, highlighting local seasonal ingredients, while tying together familiar and new local flavors. Gut health is a priority, so there will be featured ferments by The Good Food FarmacyThe dishes of this dinner will be rooted in the land, cuisine using locally grown, foraged, and fermented ingredients.
