May is American Cheese Month, so we will be featuring different styles of cheeses each week for the month of May to celebrate American cheesemakers!
This week we are kicking off the celebration with soft and spreadable cheeses from around the US. These luscious rich beauties will wow you with buttery, creamy flavors. If you like to be a little (or a lot) decadent this is a tasting for you. Our expert cheesemongers will guide you through a tasting of five soft cheeses and tell you all about where and how they're made and answer all your cheese-y questions!
For your comfort, this class is being offered in person and virtually. If you wish to participate online you may select after purchasing your tickets. Each ticket includes a tasting of at least five different cheeses and expert instruction. Wine, beer, and charcuterie pairings are also available at checkout.
