Winemaker Larry Dino and Cheesemonger Brandon Wood will lead an engaging discussion on the fundamentals of wine and cheese pairing, covering essential principles such as balance, texture, and complementary flavors.

Following an initial guided pairing, guests will have the opportunity to build their own pairings, experimenting with a flight of three Cuda Ridge wines alongside a carefully curated selection of cheeses.
