This is the first day of a three-day residency with Simone Caporale, the visionary behind and co-founder of SIPS Barcelona, the world’s number one bar by World’s 50 Best. The exclusive event partnership series titled, “Simone + Boon: A Drinkery House and Empress by Boon Dinner Collaboration,” will take place January 22-24, 2025, and will explore themes of innovation and experimentation. Over three exciting culinary days that feature a multi-course, curated dinner, a cocktail-making masterclass, and a cocktail reception, Empress by Boon’s Michelin-starred Chef Ho Chee Boon and Caporale will merge their creative forces.
