Note: Feel free to bring your favorite bottle of wine to enjoy during the class! Tips are welcome, but not required—they're completely optional.
Wine Pairing:
· White Wine: A dry Riesling is an ideal choice. Its crisp acidity and light sweetness provide a refreshing contrast to the savory, rich dumplings while balancing the umami flavors in the cucumber salad.
· Red Wine: A light-bodied Pinot Noir pairs well with the richness of the dumplings without overpowering the meal. Its fruity notes and soft tannins complement the flavors of the soup dumplings and side dishes beautifully.
