These recipes are so much fun to make and so delicious!

We are starting off with a great crispy delicious Fennel, Apple Salad.

Then we will be making, Hand Cut Pappardella Pasta. Served with Mushrooms, Peas, Arugula, Crispy Panchetta and a Creamy Gorgonzola Sauce.
