Seated Valentine Wine & Chocolate Pairing

Join us for an indulgent seated tasting experience on Valentine’s Day! We will begin at 5pm and end by 6:30pm.

What to Expect:

• A curated tasting of 4 exceptional Adams County Winery wines, each thoughtfully paired with 4 decadent chocolates from Zoe’s Chocolate Co. led by Adams County Winery General Manager Dan Baumgardner.
• A guided walk-through of each pairing, highlighting the tasting notes of the wines and an engaging experience, helping you explore the nuances of flavor, aroma, and texture.
• Discover how the unique flavors of our wines perfectly complement the rich, handcrafted chocolates, creating an unforgettable sensory experience.

The Pairings:

1. Heart of Gold White with Vinsanto: flavors of honey, raisin and sweet spices.
2. Cupid’s Arrow Red, paired with a Dark Cacao Nib chocolate: flavors of cognac
3. Visions of Sugar Plum paired with Persephone’s Pomegranate: naturally sweet pomegranate in a dark chocolate ganache.
4. Cotton Candy Dreams paired with Fleur de Sel Liquid Caramel: Rich, liquid caramel and fleur de sel, encased in dark chocolate.

• Duration: Approximately 1.5 hours.

A signature labeled bottle of wine, commemorating the evening will be available for purchase at the event. “Heart of Gold”, a sweet white wine with notes of pear, or “Cupid’s Arrow” an off-dry red wine with notes of cherry and plum. You decide, or purchase one of each to take home and enjoy!
