The Sake Brewing Family

Of the three female craft sake brewers in the US, two of them are the mother-daughter team of Sequoia Sake. Olivia, Noriko, & Jake have been brewing sake for 10 years right here in San Francisco. Their award winning sake (they took 1st place in Japan in 2019), includes both incredible traditional sakes that will knock your socks off, to unique truly local craft sakes that are inventive, delicious, pair incredible with food, and will be available here at this event. As guests of this dinner you will have special one-night-only tasting room level pricing of these sakes to take home with you.

The Event

This will be a Three Course Tasting Meal with Sakes Paired for each course, and will include the opportunity to meet and engage with the sake brewer himself, Jake Myrick, as well Matt Woods, our Amazing Chef. As a guest at the dinner you will also have access to special reserve one-night-only pricing on bottles of the sake to go.

There will of course be vegetarian options but we're excited to see how Chef Matt ties this all together. He is an artist extraordinaire and this is a unique opportunity for him to expand into a different cuisine.

The first seating will be at 5:30pm, the second at 8:00pm. We ask that guests for the second seating not show prior to 7:45pm as we have limited room.
